Every dish at Hibiscus begins not in the kitchen, but in the garden. We follow the seasons without apology — coaxing flavour from what is ripe, foraged, and alive. Some Wednesdays that means a seven-course fine dining experience. Others, it means putting the humble burger through the Hibiscus treatment. The format changes. The care never does.

The bar opens at 4:00 pm — time for a cocktail, a wander through the gardens, and the slow pleasure of arriving. Up to twenty seats. One sitting. The dining experience begins at 6:00 pm. Each Wednesday brings something different: a signature fine dining menu one week, an elevated comfort dinner the next. Always creative. Always reservation only.

The most unhurried way to experience Hibiscus is to stay the night. Arrive Wednesday afternoon, wander the gardens, take a cocktail at the bar, and sit down to dinner without a drive home waiting. Wake to a delicious farmhouse breakfast, linger over coffee by the pond, and leave when you are ready. Willow Pond B&B sleeps up to twenty guests across beautifully appointed rooms — perfect for a couple's escape, a small group celebration, or a private buyout.
