Hibiscus is reservation-only. We seat one sitting each Wednesday at 5:00 pm — a five-course set menu at $125 per person, with a 50% deposit to hold your table.

A 50% deposit per person is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is settled on the evening of your dinner.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. Deposits are non-refundable after the cancellation window has passed.
